generally, we process orders every Sunday. that said, please allow 1-3 weeks for order processing/shipping and up to 3 weeks for delivery depending on destination.
note: If you provided an incorrect address or weren't available during delivery, you will need to cover any redelivery fees via invoice. however, if the error was made on our end, we will handle all fees.
order tracking
once your item has shipped, you can find your tracking number within the fulfillment email. if you have not received an email, please check your junk/spam folders.
